Fantastic experience with this Apple certified electronics/repair shop. My 4 month old macbook pro's logic board short circuited and smelled burnt. I meant to take it to the apple store but accidentally made an appointment with this shop instead. I was pleasantly surprised with how much better the experience here was. The Apple stores (at least in LA) are crowded, overwhelming, and slow. But I trust them with my electronics. The thing is it always takes AT LEAST 1.5 week+ to get my electronics back since they have to ship out to their repair location. Pacific Premier Services gets parts shipped to them and they do everything in house so I got my laptop back in 48... read full review

My old MacBook stopped working and I hadn't backed it up!! I was scarred after try to make it turn on with all the tricks I tried watch YouTube video. I brought my MacBook to Pacific Premier and got a great estimate for rather fixing the computer or just getting the data off it and onto a a SSD drive. I opted to just get it fixed for nearly the same amount as it would have been to get the data off. The owner did the service quickly and called as soon as he could to inform me of the issue. I'm thinking this was great because it most likely saved me a lot of money versus going straight to Apple and them over charging me!!! I am really pleased with the service... read full review

Great service! If they have to ship your MacBook to Apple, they'll work with you to see if it can be done under warranty. In my case, I got a $500 screen replaced for free under warranty, and I didn't play a fee. Nothing. Definitely will come back here for any computer repairs!
