Love Harmony Yoga!! Beautiful space to practice and they have many wonderful instructors. Karen took us through our practice today and she was just lovely. My favourite place to do yoga in South Bay for sure!Peace xo

Such a great studio. I took class with Tanya and she is amazing! Such a beautiful sequenced class. Very soulful as well as challenging. If I lived closer I would come here all of the time!

If I could add more stars I would in a heartbeat. I've only been at it for a month (my bestie and I decided to jump in with the generous (inexpensive!) unlimited yoga month to see if we could do it). I was so nervous at first - I haven't worked out in...eeks...18+ years as a commitment...and I was really nervous about injuring myself. I've had a couple of major low back surgeries and multiple knee injuries and just didn't know what to expect. I can't begin to tell you how much Najla and her team of teachers and support staff have truly exceeded my expectations - and made me feel not only safe, but getting stronger every class.
