I'm not a customer. Yet. I live in another state. But I called with some flooring questions and to ask information about environmentally safer products to be used in hardwood floor installations (bec CA is more progressive about that stuff). Joe was kind, courteous, and did his best to answer my questions and make some helpful suggestions. I appreciated the customer service.

I took the plunge recently and decided to pull up all my carpets and replace them with hardwood (stairs) and laminate for the upstairs landing and bedrooms. My experience was very positive indeed. The whole job was completed in a timely manner, the price was reasonable, and I am thrilled with how my second floor looks. I had received a much lower bid from Sinbads in Torrance, who tried to sell me laminate for the staircase, which would have been a disaster, as it might have popped up and caused a bad accident. The estimator and installers are professional and the job was done completely to my satisfaction.
