Superb service! Kenny's Guaranteed Carpet Care is everything one wants in a carpet cleaning company. Punctual! He was outside my door 5 minutes before the appointment time in a shiny white service vehicle with cleaning equipment that looked brand new. Kenny is totally professional and looks the part in work clothes that identify the business. The value of Kenny's service is vastly greater than the reasonable rates he charges for it! The price is always the same as the quote, which sets him head and shoulders above those of his competitors who try to add on costs after they get to your house. The quality is exceptional! I am so proud to have a perfectly clean white rug which was dull and dusty before. I highly recommend Guaranteed Carpet Care!

We had a pinhole leak in plumbing that resulted in our downstairs carpet becoming soiled and soaked. We were referred to KENNY at GUARANTEED Carpet Care. Kenny came over lifted the carpets and dried them out. He returned after they were dry and did a great job with cleaning. He was timely, professional and at a reasonable cost. We are very happy with the service we received.

Our kids destroyed our new area rug, Love seats and couch in 2 years. They were stains from dried yogurt, ice cream , markers and who knows what else all over them. I called guaranteed carpet care because a neighbor had referred and used them a few years ago. From the minute the owner Kenny answered the phone I knew I had called the right company. He was personable, professional and helpful then scheduled me the next day! When they showed up to our house in Rancho Palos Verdes he and his crew were all business. Our furniture and area rugs were cleaned within 2 hours and in the sun drying. A few hours later we were back on our fresh smelling couch watching tv.
