Luxe Home Remodeling gets five stars. I called Samo, the owner and explained my dilemma and he scheduled an appointment to meet with me to discuss my project. Coming behind another contractor to fix is not an easy task, but Samo assessed the situation and new immediately what needed to be done according to code specification. “We had wooden floors in our rental in Hermosa Beach ruined by a 15 pound dog that left HUGE urine stains in every room. The smell and discoloration were horrific. Assured Quality Woodcraft removed all the urine stained boards, sanded the entire floor, and refinished it as if the damage never happened. Quality work, beautiful result at a very, very fair price.
