“We needed our oak floors refinished. Brian, who has been in the business for a long time, is very knowledgeable. He came promptly to inspect and measure our floors, and provided a free quote for the job. His quote wasn't the lowest we received, but he inspired such confidence that we chose his business for the work. The team assigned did a great job. They were punctual, meticulous and cordial. After they finished refinishing the floors (which now look like new!), we had painters come paint the walls in the same areas. Brian's people returned after the painting was done to move our heavy furniture back into place because they didn't want to take a chance someone else would mar the floors. True professionals!“

“I apologize for writing this review so late, none the less here it is, and I'm over joyed to be able to write it, based on what I'd been through construction wise, prior to meeting Samo and Company. Luxe Home Remodeling gets five stars. I called Samo, the owner and explained my dilemma and he scheduled an appointment to meet with me to discuss my project. Coming behind another contractor to fix is not an easy task, but Samo assessed the situation and new immediately what needed to be done according to code specification. Very knowledgeable, patient, even tempered and personable. A truly great guy!!!! Samo worked within my budget and timeline, which was very important given the fact that I had already invested time and money into a project he was coming in to fix and finish. He is a true visionary and a problem solver who knows code and construction. Has a great eye for detail too. When shopping for materials, he knew where to direct me to stay within budget without compromising quality. He was responsive to all my needs and calls, even if the calls were back to back. He'd say after hanging up with the first call, upon immediately answering the second call, it takes two and we'd laugh. He knew it was me. Very responsive to my needs. Never a negative vibe from Samo; always positive and honest. His tile guys were amazing; Danny and company (respect the tile lines) plumbers and electricians. (Journeymen) Timely, knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and honest. They knew their craft as well. But I called with some flooring questions and to ask information about environmentally safer products to be used in hardwood floor installations (bec CA is more progressive about that stuff). Joe was kind, courteous, and did his best to answer my questions and make some helpful suggestions. I appreciated the customer service.“
