I was petrified of getting electrolysis done on my face. I have heard so many horror stories of people complaining about pain, terrible job of removing hair and over paying. I met Susan many years ago when she first began working in Redondo Beach, when working for another company.Susan assessed my face skin's sensitivity, giving me my first hour treatment. I was impressed. She is very patient, knows her work, I felt no pain nor did I breakout in a rash. Susan is very good at what she does. She is professional, has a very clean environment and has been in the electrolysis profession for a long time. She is one of the best in her field. My husband had an accident and needed her expertise and she advised him and I started going to her and if you want unwanted hair removed she is the person you want to take care of you from start to finish!

I have been going to for everything. She really cares about your skin and explains how the electorolysis process works. Susan makes sure she does a good job during each session so your money is never wasted. If you have never done electrolysis you have to know that it requires patience and hair removal cannot be done within just one session. I would definately reccommend Susan because she is super sweet and does a really good job! She is very good scheduling and does her best to accommodate your needs.
