This is my FIRST yahoo review BECAUSE I want to share my experience with my trainer Kei.Kei was my wonderful trainer.I came here for a year and 3 month as my friend was here and recommended.I am a middle-aged female who was hesitant to pay for personal training as it is expensive compared to paying to a regular gym but I gave it a try. This is my FIRST yelp review BECAUSE I want to share my experience with my trainer Kei. Kei was my wonderful trainer. I came here for a year and 3 month as my friend was here and recommended. I am a middle-aged female who was hesitant to pay for personal training as it is expensive compared to paying to a regular gym but I gave it a try. I wanted to change my life style completely and desperately needed a professional for support. (I had neck, knee problem.) But you know, I am glad I did. Absolutely one of the best investments in my life! I truly appreciate being trained by Kei. I have many benefits! But I will share some I have gained. 1. Foremost, I am able to have a workout routine 3 days every week while I never be successful in my entire life. (Even daily walking failed, being a member at gym for 10 years but only few times I went to.. Wasted a lot of money) 2. Getting nutrition/life style advice. Kei gives me lots of advice what to eat, when to eat etc. I was told I did not have enough nutrition. I was shocked. I never had protein drinks, bars before I met him. Zero knowledge. So I started taking protein drinks. My hair, skin and nails have become healthier. 3. Kei cares his clients. He always accommodates my conditions. He asked a lot how I have been doing every time I would come and asked me what I liked, disliked etc. Really A LOT. I mean every single time. Also, he gave me lots of tips about business as I am a small business owner. I liked that he did not push me hard when I didn't work out enough, ate chips too much, was depressed about my situations etc... He listens. He knows how to encourage clients. Outcome: My weight has not been changed (I am slim.) but I have gained lots of muscles! And I don't get tired easily. No more pain on my knees!! Yay!! I truly appreciate that my life has been transformed. Seeing at my older family members and friends who struggle about physical problems, eating habits, I am sure this training with Kay would have prevented from my future possible chronical sickness, physical conditions a lot. Oh, also, I had my dad training with Kei online once when I came back to Japan. My dad has dimentia but he did a great job. Kei was super efficient, prepared, giving clear instructions in Japanese. I appreciate it! Again, thank you so much, Kay and Dynamic Grit Fitness!! Now I can do my workout routine by myself with correct forms I learned from Kei. He made me a workout menu for me so that I can continue without him. Such a caring trainer. I want to come back again soon to keep motivated myself!
This is my first non-yoga gym experience in YEARS. I actually just intended to introduce my aunt so that she would join as she was looking for a way to keep active. The reviews were awesome and I felt based on said reviews, Kei would give my aunt the attention she needed. After just one session she was sold! And apparently so was I haha. I have really enjoyed my group training sessions with Kei. He's super attentive, really knowledgeable and you'll work out with a wonderful group of people. The workouts are short, but impactful. Seeing the changes in my body already and its only been a few weeks. If you're looking for a welcoming and non-intimidating environment to build strength and get healthy, Dynamic Grit is your place! I love it.
