I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received from Custom Video. Michael was incredibly patient with me while I sorted out the last issues with my film and he went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with the product before it was sent to print. Another thing that sets this company apart, according to my research they are the only company I have found that doesn't have a minimum order quantity so that is very nice as an independent filmmaker who doesn't need a crazy amount of copies straight away. Still a fantastic video production place. Michael is a very lovely person to deal with and the quality of my product was amazing. The price is worth the quality of product. Highly recommend this place rather than the low quality production companies.
I had many video tapes to be transferred to digital format and the vhs to dvd service they originally did for me was fantastic. Now I had the dvd converted to a digital file and they even offer digital video enhancement service. The film transfer service they did very quickly and professionally. I trust them for all my high quality photo scanning service too as they look much better than any scan before. Thank you.
