We had our home sprayed when we started noticing more spiders coming inside. We were still seeing spiders after the spray so we called them back and they let us know that spiders aren't as easy to control with barrier lines as they are able to cross them. Without any hesitation they said they would send another technician out to spray free of charge! We were very appreciative of that. I was having a rodent problem in my house and garage. They answered their phones, sent someone out the same day. They checked the property, set traps (no poison) and took care of the problem. They rechecked as promised and came when I needed disposal. Reasonably priced, professional, friendly and would use them again if I needed.

In the seven years we've owned our home, we've tried a LOT of pest control places. Some were completely ineffective, some scammed us by charging much too much, some were total no-shows, some retired, and some were super odd, like the guy who would "put his mind in the mind of the rat" and made squeaky rat noises as he set traps (I wish I were kidding). THEN we found Al & Sons and will never call anyone else again.
