They were responsive small business owners. They worked with me on the selection of the best carpet and tile for my needs and priorities. No hard sell. They wanted me to get what I wanted. They gave Clear explanations of the differences in products. The installers were highly professional and went above and beyond to install the carpet and tile. I’m totally happy with the product and highly recommend them.
