This place is well-organized, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I had a very pleasant experience browsing and narrowing down my choices down to a few pairs of eyeglasses. The staff were so nice to help me figure out which one I liked best. Also, it's good to know that the return period is 100 days, even though I don't have plans to return my eyeglasses--sometimes it does take that long to decide if a frame is for you.

Came in late last week for the first time. Was greeted/assisted my this gentleman named Matthew. He wasn't like most who hover but was responsive when it appeared that I needed help. Due to his persuasiveness he sold me on glasses even though I was iffy. Thanks again for the great customer service!

Today was our first time going to Visionworks in Redlands and I am totally satisfied with the business. The agent who helped us is Matthew and he was extremely helpful as he went through the options and got us the most savings on payment of 2 glasses. We like how professional this place works and the total experience was a pleasant one. The store is very clean, bright, organized and professional. The eye doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable and helped my daughter felt at ease going to the eye exam. We will come back to this place next time.
