I had a great experience picking out a new pair of glasses here. They have a wide variety of options to choose from and the staff is very friendly. Shout out to Alannah for helping me choose the right frame/lenses and Mathew for explaining the amazing benefits I can get from purchasing the warranty. Definitely recommending Visionworks Redlands to friends and family!

I actually came here from randomly seeing their store on one of my trips to the plaza and I’m so thankful that I did. I had great customer service from Matt and Alyssa. I usually leave any doctors officers having many questions that I forgot to answer but it seemed like they read my mind and answered them before I even asked. On top of that, I was told my prescription would arrive in two weeks time and was pleasantly surprised when they came in a week early! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs new glasses. I will be coming back with my wife so she can get new glasses as well.
