George provides outstanding customer service, advice & pricing. Wayne was friendly & helpful, Blake, who repaired our Dolphin M400 was knowledgeable, very capable, professional & swift. Being an authorised Maytronics dealer, he had parts on hand and knowing we had already waited elsewhere for almost 4 weeks, he got the task done and then some, same day! Couldn't ask for better. Absolutely recommend. Very grateful for the honest service kaine gives, everytime he comes to my house. Knowledgable, honest, easy to deal with and helpful. As are all the staff in store. As they specialise in my equipment, they have a full understanding of it. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Always leaves my pool sparkling.
