Ok I've been coming here for years. The service is always spot on! Went through some changes when it became Palm Beach that I don't love such as no music in the beds and I can't earn points because I am a previous at the beach customer... But the beds are nice, the people are nice and the prices pretty good. Alondra is amazing always pleasant always knowledgeable and my tanning BFF. Thank you to all the workers for taking care of me and my tan.

I would give it 5 stars, Ive been a customer for awhile. But being bugged every time I go in to buy whatever lotion is on sale is getting kind of old. I have a monthly membership and I just want to get in, get my tan and get out. I shouldn't have to say no Im not interested in buying anything today 3 to 4 times each visit. I understand its part of their job to sell, but every time I go in is a bit much, and after the first no should be enough, I don't want to be shown the products after Ive already said no.

I love palm beach tan in redlands! I go in there once a week for a spray tan and I see Alondra everytime and she is the sweetest ever. I have gotten so many goodies from there and now starting to do tanning beds because of her amazing recommendation!! Tanning is definitely something I love to do and when you have amazing employees like Alondra it makes it such a wonderful experience!!
