They professionally documented every aspect of the process in the contract proposal assuring us of clarity about the means and methods used to complete our project. Gary helped us with a major kitchen remodel this fall. The work involved the removal of the ceiling and 2 walls. Gary and his architect developed drawings for the project and the plans were well done and approved by the City in just a few weeks. Once the project started Gary insured that all the subcontractors kept to the schedule as promised. Everyone was professional and paid attention to detail in the work they did, and we had several people involved in this project, a plumber, concrete crew, electrician, framer, drywaller, masonary crew, painter, cabinet maker, quartz company, and flooring company. Gary and all of his subcontractors were timely, professional, and friendly. They all did quality work and stayed within the time schedule and budget we set. Gary was responsive to all of our calls, emails, texts, and answered all the questions we had. As first-time home buyers and renovators, it was wonderful to have such helpful people turn our house into a home we're excited to live in.
