We asked for drought resistant, frost resistant low maintenance plants and Craig ran with it. He even put in decomposed granite and sealed it. It’s better than I could’ve imagined. “I have worked with Dominguez & Sons for over 10 years now. They have done work at my home, my in-laws house, and my office. I cannot understand how anyone could give this company a one star review. I think it's unfair and clearly doesn't reflect the quality of their work. And I've hired a lot of absolutely terrible landscapers in Redlands. Landscapers that have stolen, cheated, lied, overcharged, done shoddy terrible work and generally treated me as a homeowner with great disrespect. This company is anything but that ,in fact, they make landscaping companies look good. From what I read here, the one star reviews aren't based on quality of work at all, they're based on requesting designs or knowledge of codes neither of which reflects anything substantive regarding the kind of work they do. First of all, let me say, this is a landscape company, and I use landscape architects to design things first, and they implement things exactly to plan. But if something in the plan is not practical or is going to create a problem, they make sure to communicate that before hand. So to expect them to be designers is not what they do. Regarding codes and city requirements, they were very knowledgeable in my town, so not really sure what the complaint would be in that area, since I never had a problem once. They knew more about the city requirements for the landscaping work at my office than any other company my GC had consulted. For example, there was a call out for soil studies to be done and there is a very specific protocol for the installation of Netafim tubing which most landscapers don't understand how to do. Rob did this perfectly. Our subterranean lawn irrigation is looking beautiful more than a year later, and Rob comes out regularly to make sure the plants are doing well and watered appropriately. They give good advice when it comes to irrigation control, they maintain the equipment and replace faulty things without a fuss, we debated whether not to have above ground or below ground solenoids, for example. We had multiple backflows installed, they used quality parts. They build things to last. They also have the ability to do rock work and other more complex landscape design. They show up on time, stick with the schedule and get the work done as promised. They also worked well with my other subcontractors and coordinated things so that there was little hassle for me. If you want quality and professional work, built to last and with a highly responsive team, they definitely have my highest recommendation.“

We live on 3 acres in the hills above Banning and needed to add concrete pads for our new storage sheds and RV parking, as well as walkways between existng buildings. Our design goal was to work with the natural draininage and lay of the land -- and Pete did not disappoint. His Bobcat professional [Paul] quickly turned Pete's vision into reality. His forms crew [Tony, Justin and Dean] had the experience and stamina to complete the pre-pour requirements on schedule and showed up at sunrise the next day, ahead of the three cement trucks to finish the job by sunset.
