It's been 3.5 weeks since we had the interior and exterior of our house sprayed. Was very pleasantly surprised to find this dead (massive) black widow on the back porch. 3.5 weeks later and I know we are still protected from the bugs and spiders that I detest so very much. Craig and Sons customer service team is awesome and answered all of our questions. They were transparent about pricing and plan options. Our technician, Eder, was friendly and knowledgeable and eased my worries/answered all questions regarding having a puppy and young baby in the house during and after treatment. Griffin came out and did a termite inspection, as I'm selling my house. He was very personable and knowledgeable. My realtor said that she has been working with this business for a long time and is satisfied with their work. He quoted me prices for routine pest control and they were lower than what I'm paying now with Orkin. I've decided to go with them for monthly service. My sister also uses them and is very satisfied with their work.
The young man, named Sal, that came out was very thorough. First, he gathered information regarding what I was seeing an increase of (pests). He went to work on both inside and out, along with my garage. He was respectful and helpful. Thank you, Craig & Sons.
