“My review is long overdue! Dr. Stein, Sabrina & Marie are absolutely the best! After my daughter had her tongue tie release when she was 3 months old, she was still having latching issues. Additionally, she had sleeping issues, a side preference, reflux & constipation. After doing some research, I found Straightahead Chiropractic. Hesitant to pull the trigger despite all the 5-star reviews because of the 100 mile turn around trip with an infant, I called to ask questions. Sabrina picked up. She patiently & throughly answered the million and one questions I had. I called back and booked my consultation. Walking in the doors the first day, we were so warmly welcomed by Sabrina and Marie. Dr. Stein answered my next million and one questions and said my daughter would benefit from chiropractic care after his evaluation. He was 100% accurate. “I have had lower back pain for years. I walked in to Dr.Bugg's office and I'm glad I did. His office is clean and conveniently located near the citrus plaza. The front desk receptionist was pleasant. Dr. Bugg was able to not only help relieve some of my pain immediately after an adjustment, but also offered some tips to help in between visits. This is a perfect spot for a quick stop after shopping and his pricing is reasonable.“

Stop looking and go here he is honestly the best Chiropractor I have ever been too and before finding him I was with 3 other that were not even 1% as good as Dr. Ray. If i could give 100 stars I would. Dr Ray and his staff went above and beyond for me. I had been in so much pain, depress, and miserable. I know, I my kaiser doctor made my situation worse by not giving me good care and just giving me medications (robaxin, and Norco) only putting a bandage on my back and still going to both full time jobs.

I had Herniated disk and bulge disc. I had this 10/10 pain on my lower back and mid back and immense pain in my neck and this radiating pain that travelled down my right arm. I was in so much pain that I couldn't walk, drive, stand, sit comfortably, wipe my own butt n=beacsue it would spasm, stand and the only way to relieve my pain was to laying somewhat down adjusting every 7 mins.

I've never experience pain like this before and knew that I wanted to find a chiropractor that took x-rays. I prefer a chiropractor that focuses on the area vs blindly cracking. After 3 failed chiropractors I went to yelp for reviews and found Dr. Ray with amazing feed back it felt too good to be truth but I figured I have to try. His office is in Redlands and even tho he was 30 mins (45 in traffic) away from my house I needed to go. I called and his assistant Daniella (amazing energy and customer service) and she schedule me in that same day I called around 4:45 pm was my appointment
He did a thorough exam from head to toe
they had me do a scan to check nerve damage, X-rays, a physical, and spent alot of time and focus time to educate me on what was happening with my spine and my nerves. I love the educational approach which helped me understand the what and the why and he told me he can help but he needs my help also and its a process

Trust!!!! the Processs!!!! The first month of treatment I didn't feel a big difference but I felt lil better. week after week i started and slowly bending and twisting better and after each I was finally able to live again pain keep improving after each week and I was the happy guy my family knew I was
I was able to get myself on a 3-4 month treatment plan. I appreciate the focus and time they took to correct my problem.

I'm now in the second phase which I'm still in treatment is ensuring I maintain the work by adjusting my behaviors and being healthier. Its a 2 person job he does his job and I needed to do mine it takes 2 hands to clap. Within a month and half my pain has gone away and I'm so relieved to say that I can feel my fingers! Back pain can be debilitating so I'm so relieved!

Don't expect it to be like what you see on Instagram, trust the reviews. Dr. ray helps you with your spine but also helps in making lifestyle changes and once done I will still see him for my monthly maintenance. He need to treat our bodies like a car and just like a car needs oild changes and tires brakes etc.. our backs need adjustments. his prices are reasonable and in my opinion he charges low compare to his great medical treatment.“

Most chiropractors will use the traditional crack and rack style of treatment where as Dr. Tang here has a higher emphasis on utilizing massage techniques in specific points to resolve the root causes of pain. My dad was very satisfied with his treatment and honesty. No upsells here and Dr. Tang is as good as it gets for pain relief…especially for back pain granted that it’s not severe to the point of needing surgery.

“Dr. Sylvie is so thorough and she is great with nutrition. Since I have been to see her, my eating habits have changed so much!! She ordered bloodwork, and we sat down and took a good look at where I was currently and where I should be in my health. Honestly, I got so tired of hearing my regular Dr. telling me that I was fine, even though my bloodwork didn't reflect it. She is honest and up front and straight to the point. Besides that, she is an amazing chiropractor!! The relief that I feel after seeing her is so amazing!! Almost a year ago, a few months prior to giving birth to my son, I was in desperate need of relief from lower back pain. It was debilitating. We found Dr. Carlson through the Kaiser database of approved providers and my husband made us both an appointment about two months out since he was booked solid. My husband is a veteran with back pain as well and has been trying to convince me for years to see a chiropractor. Since I was in need of immediate relief we made a few appointments with another local chiropractor (who shall not be named) who was able to get us in right away (reflecting on this now, I believe his open availability was likely a sign of the lack of care to come). I didn't know any better at the time as this was my first experience so I excitedly attended my first appointment hoping for the best. I got to my appointment and there was no intake process really. I was told I couldn't do X-rays due to my pregnancy and to just tell him what hurt. Each of the times I went, my appointment lasted about 10 minutes and the same ineffective adjustment was done each time. I was left with no change to my quality of life. THEN..my appointment with Dr. Carlson came. I was praying things would be different with a new provider and boy was it. My initial appointment took slightly over an hour. Another gentleman, Dennis, evaluated me from head to toe. This evaluation itself took longer than all my appointments combined at the other place. Great! I could tell I was in good hands. I really appreciated the level of care and attention to detail with my concerns. Dr. Carlson did my adjustment after my evaluation and made it a point to get me on his busy schedule since I was pregnant and really needed his help. What a God send. I remember walking to my car after my appointment actually walking upright with no pain instead of my typical strained pregnant lady waddle. I felt relief for the first time in months and I actually cried tears of joy. I called my husband immediately and told him not to waste any more of our Kaiser approved chiro visits on the other place and told him he wouldn't regret waiting for his appointment with Dr. Carlson. He didn't. We have been doing regular follow-up visits since and my baby is now scheduled for his first adjustment next month. He will be 9 months old. Theres no one I'd trust more with his developmental care. Dr. Carlson has a "whole-istic" approach to wellness, as I call it, which looks at the whole individual on a physiological level. He suggests dietary supplements which complement chiropractic treatment and help the body heal itself. We have taken his recommended supplements and have noticed drastic changes to our well being and health overall. He really is a wealth of knowledge and we eagerly anticipate each follow-up appointment. Everyone who works there is extremely kind from the moment you walk in the door. In short, if you are unable to get an appointment right away it's for a reason. He's that good. And definitely worth the wait. You won't regret it.
