I had strained my left arm pretty badly, to the point where I’d immobilize it to avoid pain. I couldn’t even rotate my wrist enough to look at my watch. Healing was incredibly slow. Almost a year of constant pain, Doctor Humphries suggested a “new” treatment using the shockwave therapy machine.
It’s insane how well this treatment worked. After 4 treatments my arm is nearly back to normal.
