I feel like these are guys who know their business, and they did a great job. Friendly, honest and informative. Note: expecting a new rug after cleaning is not realistic, but I'd need to show you the area for it to be noticeable. Very happy with the results. Just hoping my dog finds a better place next time I ignore her midnight request to be let out. I recommend them without reserve.“
