I was referred to sellers in Lake Arrowhead by a realtor from Texas. Both the seller and realtor from Texas wanted an agent that can get the sellers to Texas as soon as possible and get their home sold for top dollar. The sellers did not want to be referred out to a local Realtor based off of their own research and my go to Stager doesn't service Lake arrowhead. Shannon with California Design responded to my request through Yelp immediately and had the homes staged in about a week. On the same day we had a professional photographer take photos and we went live a few days later. The home sold for top dollar in about five days! California design is a company that I would highly recommend for any one remodeling or designing there home. My mom and I own a rental property and we wanted to turn it into an Airbnb. We worked with Shannon, she was super professional had great communication skills we totally felt involved in the remodeling of our property. She definitely turned our business into a success we are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use California Design again.
