I came in not knowing what to expect, Dena was amazing at explaining exactly what we would be doing and what invaluable information I would receive from doing the VO 2 max test. I was beyond happy with what I learned about my fitness level. I did much better than I had anticipated I would do. Learning my zone heart rates was more important than I thought because they were not what I had read they would be online by age charts. This test has given me details I wouldn't have be able to know without it. Highly recommend anyone who wants to understand their body to check out what they offer you won’t be disappointed :)

I am very health and fitness oriented and wanted to gain more insight into my muscle mass + distribution and visceral fat so I scheduled a body composition test. The individual who assisted me was very kind, knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and very encouraging. During the consultation, she offered great advice and suggestions to help with a muscle imbalance I have in my quads/thighs. I absolutely recommend this location. The facility was clean & staff was great.

I really had a great experience at Bodymetrx. They took the time to explain nutrition and exercise and Dena made me feel at ease during the body scan and metabolic testing. I highly recommend if you are stuck on your weight loss/fitness journey.
