I called Big Brand Tire & Service while at another tire shop and from the initial customer service via the call I knew where I was gonna spend my hard earned dollars. When I arrived to the shop the excellent customer service was extended as I was greeted, given the best options for my budget and even offered coffee or water while I waited. Hands down will recommend.

Went in to get new tires installed. I wish I had asked the guy at the desk for his name, but he offered good customer service, aside from the shop being short staffed. They have good prices and it's open on sunday. Definitely recommend.

Had my SUV serviced today. I love Jose and his crew. They did a great job and worked on my vehicle right away. It was fast, quick and safe service! Thank you Jose and Big Brand Tire!!!
