I received a defective GPU in my ABS PC. I sent the GPU in for replacement. Two weeks later after several back and forths with ABS I received a replacement GPU that was used. It was obviously damaged with bent radiator fins and one out of three fans that didnt work. ABS's only solution was to again send in the GPU with no guarantee when I would receive the second replacement part. Over 1 month with a new unusable PC is inexcusable, and I will not be buying from ABS again.
