Our organization was having an acute problem with rats getting into the old building that we rent. I called a few pest control companies but Woods called back promptly and had someone out quickly to address our issue. Robert (the technician) has been friendly, communicative and listened to our concerns. Thankfully the issue has been addressed and we are pleased with the outcome and the service Woods provided.
