My first appointment went well. The staff were very kind & welcoming. The only issue is the wait times.I showed up early & was fine with waiting, but then I was still waiting to be seen nearly an hour later.I was supposed to get an x-ray & exam, but they said there was only one doctor in at the time, so I could choose to only do the x-ray & reschedule the exam for a later date, or wait close to 3 hours for an exam. I chose to reschedule.My appointment was for the following Saturday at 9AM, & I arrived at 8:45AM. The sign on the door said closed, so I assumed they’d open their doors at exactly 9. I looked online at their hours, & it says they open at 8AM on Saturdays,...read full review

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Budarapu and I could not of had a happier experience. She was very caring and knowledgeable. The whole staff was very friendly. Thank you so much. Jody R.

Went in to have a temporary crown removed, which was apparently installed too well. It took a bit of effort to remove the temp and it caused a bit of pain as I was only asked to be numbed a little after the first couple removal attempts. After it’s removal, a bit of poor time management made me have to wait roughly 15~ minutes until the X-ray machine was able to be used, and the pain started to fully set in.After that, got the X-ray completed and proper cap installed fairly quickly. Not the worst dentist’s experience.
