I had been triggered, experienced some trauma, and couldn’t get my nervous system to calm down. I felt completely overwhelmed and defeated. Jennifer immediately welcomed me into Celtic Knot with such care and understanding. She gave me a warm foot bath, wrapped me in a red light belt, and provided the most incredible massage. For the first time in a long time, my body was able to let go of the tension, and peace washed over me. Jennifer’s nurturing presence and the healing environment she has created allowed me to come to a place of calm, where true healing could begin.
