Excellent work by Bob and Crew. I saw some negative reviews here on Yelp, and was doubtful, but we have friends who had Blue do their pool a few years back, and they recommended them, so we decided to go with the known source. Our pool needed replastering 22 years ago when we purchased our home, and it didn't improve over the years. The wife finally talked me into having the work done. I got several bids and Blue had the best, by far. Very reasonable, especially considering some of the more outrageous bids here in town--not including the upgrade to Luna Quartz, as opposed to plain white plaster. I just got my old 1967 pool re-surfaced by Bob and his crew. It looks beautiful. I appreciated the several page contract because communication is important in a big job like this. Bob communicated throughout the whole process so I understood what was happening at each step. They have a great team at Blue Diamond pools. Allie in the office was always helpful in answering my questions along the way. Bob is the real deal. Old school in the best way. No BS. His word is his bond like those from the handshake generation. Blue Diamond Pools is a Total Professional Organization; Bob was on time from estimate to completion. Bob said what he'd do and he did what he said. Both his prep and plaster crews, are professional hard working craftsmen who know their trade. Our 32 y/o pool was in serious need of a new finish. It now is an amazing beautiful blue, and looks brand new. He also replaced the pool deck expansion joints. We will be converting our new pool to salt water, and we could not be happier. The ONLY problem you'll have is which color and finish to choose.
