First off, I will say the concrete is beautiful, its the finish work and customer service that sucks bad -from setting the screws entirely into the concrete, following up with the caulking to sealing the finished project. I have tried to contact Dale numerous times in excess of 6 months and have been very patient waiting for him to repair and finish our bathroom that we spent big $$ on.
