We have used Special Touch for two years now and are extremely pleased with Mike's professionalism and the quality of his work.We have 55 apartments, and various common areas and I have no hesitation giving him access, knowing he is honest, works with integrity, and takes care to leave things better than he found them. Carpets are left clean, but not crunchy or sticky. He is very knowledgeable about carpets, chemicals, and odor removal. He takes care to use safe, effective systems and takes time to problem solve or share helpful information. I highly recommend his services.
I have had the pleasure of doing business with Mike since 2016 with the property management company I represented before, and now with NVCSS. I have hired him for single-family homes, apartments, small office spaces, easy jobs, awful jobs, and our entire 4 story building! In addition to being extremely professional, thorough, and providing quality work, he is one of the most reliable, reasonable, and honest vendors; he'll tell you if a carpet is beyond help.
