They price per area, which is different than the per unit price I'm used to coming from San Francisco - but the pricing is fair and pretty consistent from what I'm used to. I like that the shop prices per area because it's 1-2$ cheaper per unit that way. The practice building is extremely clean and well kept, and I can tell they like being there and enjoy what they do.
