Kymberly Volmers gave me the best facial! She very much helped me to relax. And it was even Sunday!! Who can beat that!?
I also enjoyed the wet and dry saunas and shower! The locker rooms were immaculate. Staff was attentive and made me feel so comfortable.
I had a very relaxing facial done by Judia, who was very kind and made the experience next level amazing. I was able to book last minute which was very convenient. The facial was just like having a face and scalp massage but with the benefits of skincare at the same time. I didn’t realize until I arrived that I also had access to a sauna and steam room and they serve drinks. I’ll be back soon with a friend for a side by side.
As a family who "spas" Shasta Strong was a happy surprise. My facial and massage was equal to one's I've received at 5* hotels in the U.S. and Carribean resorts. The rooms were well designed with heated massage tables sized for real people. The ambience was great. My group was offered champagne and other hydration options and encouraged to partake of the sauna and steam room. Sadly the casino controlled hot tub was out of order. The facility is beautifully designed and spotless. Lastly they were extremely accommodating to my special needs neice so she could enjoy the experience also.
