Dr McCarthy is an absolute lifesaver and such a blessing. I've always been self conscious of my smile, but not anymore! The whole staff was very sweet and accommodating, and made this whole process enjoyable believe it or not. If I could give Dr McCarthy and her whole staff a 1000star rating, I would! Karen is absolutely amazing she's such a perfectionist my teeth look absolutely amazing and I get tons of compliments . Her staff is very friendly absolutely love them . We liked her so much that 6 of my family members now go to her . We Absolutely recommend Shasta orthodontics very professional and they do a great job!

My first impression when I called was that the team was an expert in the areas of orthodontia, providing a multitude of service modalities you can access. The young lady I spoke with was very professional, provided me with an appointment sooner than any other office and was able to reassure me that they’d be able to help. I was pleasantly surprised the cost was more than fair. As a college student cost was a determining factor to redo this process; I felt for what they charged me it was reasonable as they allowed me to finance my care and made monthly payments.
