I was very happy with this office. The staff was friendly and professional. Exam was completed with efficiency even though my eye/eyes threw them a few curve balls. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor.
Staff is very professional, supportive and shows interest in me as a person. Dr. J is very competent and personable. I like him and have every confidence in him. The young woman in the optical department was so helpful in helping me choose frames and was great about the financial piece as well. She explained the add ons, what different lens coatings were available and what their functions were.
Gosh, what can I say? I LOVE this place & all the Doctors and staff. Everyone treats me as if I am their only patient & friend. I get professional treatment & always feel comfortable knowing that my eyes are in the Best care.. Thank you Shasta Eye Medical Group! Doc Silverstein & Doc J are the BEST & their Staff rocks ???✝️
