No problem with repair person, I do have great difficulty with scheduling dept. I have been texted 2 appts prior to today's . When trying to check, stated waiting for part. Part on my kitchen table for almost a month. Don't send me a text for appt,and leave me waiting 4-5 hours for appt without courtesy of a phone call canceling appt Get your act together. Everyone's time is important.

When I opened and closed my Dishwasher after it's first cycle after being fixed, it makes a continuous clicking when trying to open or close. Will change to a higher rating when they fix this. (edit: Changed star rating. Rectified the issue, but still not in within the time frame given.)

We had a dryer that stopped putting out heat. Thankfully, Paulus came out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with a new heating element.Bonus points for doing it quiet enough to not wake our child in the other room!
