A/C went out on the hottest day this year so far...119f, ouch. I knew they would have a backlog of customers, and was execting to wait a week. They fitted me in 2 days later. Kept me abreast of their arrival time and even called to see if I could take an earlier appointment. Ben, the technician, showed on time, courteous and very professional. Had a diagnosis within 20 minutes, a quote to repair within 10 and work completed within the hour. I will certainly use them again and have no qualms recomending Ben and Redding Heating & Air.

I have always gotten great service from Redding Heating & Air. They always show up when they say they will and are efficient performing service on my units and keep them running smoothly. I highly recommend them. I switched to them a couple years ago from another service that didn't show up when expected, couldn't remember what what units they had installed and after waiting 6 months for a repair it was time to switch to a reliable service and I've been very pleased with Redding Heating & Air.

Great service. Appreciated the service technician Gabriel very much. Showed up on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. My AC system is an older system and uses R-22 so unfortunately the fix is just too expensive for me to deal with. At least I learned what the problem was, thanks to Gabriel.
