Mike is always Professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He takes the time to inquire about any issues I've seen or have and then explains the remedy and does a thorough service. We fought invasions of ants regularly for many years and resisted using a professional company because we have pets and were concerned for their safety. This year, the ants were at their worst. We had had it. A friend (who has chickens and goats) recommended Professional Exterminators and shared that their products are not harmful to critters. At our first appointment, Dave explained exactly what to expect before he applied the first treatment. He was professional and thorough. And, guess what? The ants are gone!! We are more than satisfied.
