Spoke to Jessie several times. Customer services is outstanding. Called over 6 different companies and all had bad customer service and wanted a million and one questions answered. We really appreciate the promptness and friendliness from Jessie. Thank you so much!

The best of the best! Preferred Carpet Care was incredibly great at what they do. Carpets never looked so good and lots of useful advice on keeping them clean. I used to clean my own but not after I saw how these two nice people do it. I’m a customer for life. What else can one very happy customer say?Services: Carpet steam cleaning
