My 11 year old son was having a bad toothache and Dr. Shaw's office got us in quickly and took care of it. He also took the time to go over proper brushing techniques with my son so we can avoid more cavities in the future. Overall it was a great experience and we are so thankful for this office!

I needed to give a bit of pushback several times on the dental assistant who answered my concerns saying that the procedure we did and medications used do not affect IBS or cause nausea, hence the one star drop. But she wasn't rude and at least worked with me and Dr. Shaw to find a solution (which was to not use epinephrine due to my current medical conditions), so I still recommend this place!

We started coming to this office Jan 2024! Every contact with the staff whether by phone or at the office has been outstanding! Impressive customer service and professional demeanor. Dr. Shaw really cares about his patients and his staff shares that same core value.
