I want to start by saying how grateful I am to Shawnee, dr Mullen and the staff. I had a dental emergency where my front teeth lost the fake caps I had (Thursday night). My normal insurance would have had me wait 2 months to get in since it was just an “appearance” emergency.I was nervous to pay out of pocket but I work in sales so I need my teeth haha. EVERYWHERE was booked up or not taking new patients. Dr Mullen office was so kind and considerate. Shawnee at the front desk originally faught to get me scheduled a week later where everywhere else said I’d have to wait weeks. The staff and Dr Mullen are wonderful, I took my daughter for her appointment, and I had a build in bottom retainer that was cutting my tongue and I wasn’t even a patient yet and they had me fill out the paperwork and worked me right in while my daughter was have her check up done. Thank you so much you guys are wonderful.
