Last night (06/18/24) around 2230 my wife went to get ready for bed and noticed water/sewage had backed up from both of our bathroom shower drains and toilets leaking into both of my bathrooms and master bedroom and made an incredible mess. No toilets, showers or baths anywhere in the house could be used as this made the problem worse. We called Mr. Rooter in Redding California, and they were at our house within an hour. We met our plumber Hunter, who met us with a smile and got right to work. Hunter found the clean-out that was clogged and proceeded to work his magic. Good people work here, are knowledgeable and they come on time as scheduled. They specialize in regular plumbing jobs in my opinion, not plumbing remodeling jobs. Note they charge for visits; so for any and every visit expect an extra $20 or $120 charge on top of their fees.
I run an Airbnb and so when I have a plumbing issue, I need help fast. Once again Mr. Rooter came to my rescue so there wasn't any disturbances to my Airbnb guests. Thank you!
