Went to LL Flooring in Redding to avoid the big box stores in town. I needed lots of help choosing the right product for my new shop, and Robert gave me personalized attention. He sure knows his products! And the store was open on Sunday, too!

Just had my flooring completed in the family room and hallway...it makes the spaces look so much bigger...there was a problem wiith the first flooring I got...unfortunately it was defective...but that was taken care of nicely and quickly...the installer was great and I would recommend him to any of my friends...who by the way he got to meet several of them when they stopped by....lol...the installer was local to Red Bluff where I live, I believe it was Trinity Flooring...the owners are Jay and Corey

Jordan's customer service was awesome. 5 out of 5 stars! He helped us pick out the perfect waterproof flooring for our rentals. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and keep in mind for future projects. Thanks so much for the assistance!
