Sad to say I will never recommend this place. I just laid witness to the owner (as she claimed) come out and harass a woman as she was leaving the parking lot. The first thing the owner did was yell "Get your things out of the middle of the road." The lady she said this to was already over half way across the parking lot/road. And having difficulty using her bike and hand cart at the same time. The parking lot was mainly empty. And eventhough there was a Jeep leaving the Jeep had no issues being able to go around the lady having difficulty. Moved to the area and was recommended to check out Le Monaco's. I have really long and thick hair that I don't trust just anyone with. Cindy was great! She is super nice and did any amazing job!
