Fast, kind, and professional. Not only did the company work with me on timing for the appt because of my crazy work schedule, but the tech was so nice and he answered all my questions in full detail. We were assigned to Larry's from our home warranty company and I am so impressed with their workmanship, professionalism and just overall helpfulness. I called in and got an appointment next day. He called to let me know he was on his way which I always appreciate so much! We had several issues with our lights/breaker and he was so thorough and took the time to make sure everything was fix correctly.
