I had a tele-health visit at Hilltop Medical Clinic in Redding - All the staff I interacted with from the office gals Sheridan, Katie, and Adrienne treated me as a person not a number. They were all kind, courteous, caring and professional. The nurse practitioner Sue Waite was caring, patient, genuine and very knowledgeable. This clinic is super- I only reason I gave it 4 stars is that during peak cold & flu season they are heavily booked, limiting the exposure to their staff and so "walking in" isn't an option. Remember to book online starting at 7am daily, online booking may be filled by 2-3pm.

Stay far away. Youd be better off taking your chances with a flesh eating bacteria and MRSA in the ER than coming here. After about a three hour wait we werent seen by a doctor but a Nurse Practitioner. This should have been the first red flag. After a prescription was written by Mr. Anonymous doctor, we were discharged. A few minutes later we recieved a phone call about the bill. Clearly no due diligence was done for the bill. If they had contacted the insurance they would have known we have met all of our deductible and were at an out if pocket maximum. When they were informed of this they said they would look into it and call back. At the call back a few minutes later we were given a different amount which was still not correct. Obviously an attempt to collect money without waiting for the insurance to pay. Lucklily my wife and I know this and never pay anything without an explanation of benefits from the insurance company. Fast forward, an hour or so, and we contacted our pediatrician (initial visit was for an infant) the pediatrician was extremely concerned about how the medication was prescribed and told us to call back immediately and double check this info. When we said the pediatrician asked us to confirm we were met with immediate hostility, how could we peasants have the audacity to double check and ask to confirm the prescription! Needless to say stay far away from here if you care about your health.

Mother in law registered online for Telemed visit, the physician's assistant called to get info and to say doctor would be calling and hours later the doctor never called and they closed. Epic fail.
