I’ve had to come here three different times this month and it’s been such a pleasant experience. Accommodating and nice staff. Providers took their time to listen and be thorough. Never been here when it was Hilltop, but super happy with Dignity Health
It was a great experience and the place is really clean. I feel safe going there taking my little one. Staff is professional. We call first and they call back within 30 mins and set us an appointment for check in. I like how they are following the infection control so you don't worry you'll catch any bug while you are there. Highly recommend!
Great experience! The front desk got me in that day and even called me to help me fill out my paperwork. I thought it was pneumonia but after a chest X-ray it wasn’t. Every person I dealt with was very professional but compassionate. The medical assistant (I think it was Katie) was super kind. Chris the nurse practitioner was very thorough in explaining everything to me. The X-ray technician was a ray of sunshine when I was feeling really bad. The wait was not bad. (My daughter went to a different clinic this morning and had to wait four hours and then was given the wrong diagnosis.) I think I was in and out in less than two hours but I had to wait for X-ray development.
