Hi. I worked with Lauren - The Limitless Lotus- today with a Light Activation session. Lauren was absolutely wonderful. The session was quite gentle, yet thorough. I go and see Matt for a massage every two weeks…. And he is amazing! He starts our session asking me exactly where I want to be worked on. He always makes sure that he is using the correct pressure and not too hard. As someone who is a very tight person, he has made a world of difference for me! I highly recommend going to him!
