From the moment I sat down at LIT From Within and Ash and I started visiting...I felt peace. I knew I was in the right place to heal my mind, heart and soul. As well as working on healing the physical pain I have been struggling with for the past couple months. I am looking forward to my sessions in the Photon Genius Sauna to help illuminate the inflammation in my body. Thank you again for being so genuine!
It's a beautiful place with a caring staff who allows and encourages self care. So necessary in Redding!! If you haven’t tried a class at Lit From Within, please do so! They offer free week to start so you can try all the classes. It’s worth more than any gym membership. They also offer specialized services such as organic spray tanning…safe and long-lasting! AND Body Contouring!! I’ve been twice and lost 2 inches so far!!
The place is beautiful, a lot of space, good quality sound for music, I like the system for enrollment and booking, it's so easy, and in Downtown Redding? Yes please ? Gin is the best Zumba instructor ever, you will not find someone like her. She is personal, she makes you workout like crazy, and her personality is amazing!!!
