Service was great. The service tech was friendly and walked me through the issue in a way that was easy to understand and explained all my options instead of just trying to push me towards the most expensive choice. I felt like I could trust what the tech was saying and make an informed decision that was best for me. They also have a great membership service to help with preventative maintenance and also gives a discount on the services rendered. Very happy with the service.
I called when my new office wasn’t cooling!!! They answered after hours and had a technician here asap. Excellent service and the technician was very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Gibson Heating and air are excellent. I had a air conditioner stop working during heat wave, I called them within a half hour they showed up and had my air conditioner up and working with in 20 minutes. I highly recommend them.
