Our meeting with Bob was great. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helped us a great deal with the designs for our bathrooms. So we were able to get the ball rolling.

I needed a custom area rug for our family room. Design Time & Tile had a wide array of options, and thankfully, Bob's understanding of what I was looking for and his expertise allowed me to find the option that best met the look and feel I wanted with a reasonable price

This place is set up nice, good display and parking. But had an unusual interaction with a salesperson. I asked to see vinyl plank flooring, he proceeded to show me laminate. I repeated I wanted vinyl plank, he disagreed with me. This happened... 4-5 times? He was insistent that I was writing, he was right, and he challenged every thing I said. He said he knew what was right and wrong, and that every other store I had been to was wrong because they disagreed with him. I eventually had to leave without getting to see any product because he would never show me what I asked for. Super weird guy.
