I have an old tile job in my bathroom shower. Completed about 14 years ago. River-rock bottom, ceramic tiles on side. Beautiful, but grout becoming heavily discolored, beyond bleach or tilex. Had to physically scrape a layer of grout out, then the tricky part...matching the color.
Of course it's not available anymore. Called several places, all of them recommended Daltile.
They matched the color, built a couple tubes (like a caulk gun) so I could apply directly to the freshly scraped grout. It matched perfectly, bonded perfectly. I have sealed it and now it looks brand new, water beads perfectly. Very greatful I did not have to pull all tile and start from scratch....read full review

I was helped with measuring out what I needed they gave me a list of contractors. I had an issue with the two tones of Spackle and they change it out with no problem. Great advice and product availability.

My working with Daltile was a challenge at times, but due to their Manager, Jeff, it saved me as a customer and I will recommend them to others. I knew Jeff when he worked at another place in town years ago and he is all about Customer Service. If you need help, ask for Jeff. I'm now ready to finish my floor and will happily be back to Daltile for future tile projects. Thanks Jeff!
